Conflict: Awkward, Uncomfy, but Necessary

Are we avoiding conflict? Uhhhh yes. Also did we title this video using the word uncomfy just to make you uncomfy...absolutely.

As difficult and awkward as it is being confrontational when conflict arises, the situation will be better on the other side.
