Mission Impossible

What do we do when we suspect that ministry is not possible. Even the best ministry leader may be damaged by a situation because of the toxicity of their surroundings. In ministry there are certain things that you need in order to be successful that not everyone receives. But what is the difference between needing to get out of ministry or getting out of a parish?
